A patchwork and applique cushion cover - designed by Susan Briscoe.
Twentyfive 10cm (4") charm squares make this a "charming" cushion cover. The quilting pattern is shippo ("treasures"), a Japanese pattern frequently used for sashuiko quilting and drawn easily to make interlocking diagonal wavy lines. Needleturn hand applique or bonded applique, hand or machine quilting - it's your choice.
Finished size approx. 44.5cm (17.5") sqaure.
Skill level beginner/intermediate with metric / imperial measurements.
