The design is based on the Japanese furoshiki wrapping cloth. The cotton outer is hnad dyed genuine indigo cotton and the kit is fastened with a traditional bone peg.

Opens out to store needles safely while sewing. Kit contains: indigo cotton, contrasting patterned cotton, sashiko thread and needle, bone peg and rayon cord, full instructions for marking sashiko and making up.

You just need to supply: marking pen or pencil, ruler, card for template, filling for the pin cushion. Finished size 11cm sq
