How to use this site;

To purchase goods from us you will need to register.  For this you will create an account which we will save so you won't need to do it again next time you visit us, or you can buy from us as a one off and we won't retain your details.

Choose your items from the categories and click on 'add' to place them in your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping you can 'check out' and pay for your order, you will be asked for your card number and security details.  We accept VISA, Maestro, Mastercard,

We will then carefully pack and post your order.

Should you wish to pay by cheque, please write to us with your order (no need to use the online system) and send us a cheque for the full amount including postage made payable to QGBI Enterprises.

We are happy to accept returns and cancelled orders. You can cancel any order within seven working days of receipt. 

Please contact us in writing with your order reference, name, address, details of what goods you are returning and why by letter, fax or email to the addresses below.

Returned items should be sent to the above address. Don't forget to include a copy of your receipt/delivery note within the parcel.  

We request that you ensure goods are adequately packaged and suggest postage insurance.  For cancelled orders the customer is responsible for the return postage but we will refund the costs of goods and original delivery charges as appropriate. 

If your return is due to our error or faulty stock we will re-imburse your return delivery costs.

We will fully refund your order within 30 days of your notice to us of cancellation or return of faulty items.

Returns will not effect your statutory rights.

Stock Descriptions

We endevour to have accurate and informative information about all of our products, and will act quickly to correct information should errors be made aware to us. If you are in doubt about a product or require more information please contact us remembering to include the product reference number and or description. 

Please be aware that colours and pictures are given as a guide only to best aid a product description, and do not act as a colour swatch as colours will appear differently on a computer screen.

Please be aware that goods on sale in our online shop are also available in our gift shop.  Your order is reserved for 60 minutes but if you do not check out in that time goods will be made available to other customers again and you will have to place them once again in your basket if you wish to continue shopping.  It will only be possible to add items to your basket which are in stock, should you require an out of stock item please contact us and can reserve goods for you whenever possible.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if

  • we do not have sufficient stock to complete the order
  • we do not deliver to your area
  • one or more goods was listed at an incorrent price due to typographical error either by us or our suppliers.
If we do cancel your order we notify you by email or 'phone and refund your account with out apologies for any inconvenince caused.
